Questions

Do I need to film or edit anything?

No. ShopReels uses the photo, title, price and description you already have in Shopify.

Which languages does the voice-over speak?

The voice-over follows the language of your product text, or a language you pick in the settings: Dutch, English, German, French or Spanish.

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?

ShopReels pauses until the next month, or until you switch to a larger plan. You never pay more than your plan.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall the app in Shopify. Billing stops right away, and your store data is deleted afterwards.
